Quality assurance policy

Ahmed Hassan Al-Buainain Contracting Est.'s Quality Assurance Policy advocates and we are dedicated to providing the highest level of quality in all our projects. At AHB, we have established a number of well documented quality procedures and work instructions which allow its personnel to positively affect the quality of each of their projects. We explain our QA Policy to all employees and ensures that the procedures are adhered to and report any deficiencies or possible improvements to the AHB Management.

The services being offered by AHB are implemented with a systematic quality assurance program based on the project specification and other requirements in order to control and maintain the highest possible quality of work throughout the execution of any job undertaken by us.

Ahmed Hassan Al-Buainain Contracting Est. has so far fulfilled their contractual responsibilities on schedule and in full compliance with the safety standards specified by our clients. Our philosophy is to implement and maintain best safety practices at all levels of work that are in compliance with the safety rules and regulations of the industry.

Our Quality Assurance Policy is reviewed periodically and amended as and when necessary to ensure that it is up-to-date in order to achieve continual performance improvement. 

Quality Control Policy

To this end, AHB mobilizes its management skills and uses its resources in the most efficient and cost effective manner to execute all jobs in line with the required standard and quality. The Quality Policy of Ahmed Hassan Al-Buainain Contracting Est. is to satisfy and strive to exceed customer requirements through unwavering demonstration of quality at all levels of services with active participation of all their employees. 

AHB management is committed to:
